I’m writing this from the computer lab in the Diana Center where, inexplicably, all the blinds are closed and all the lights are off, so there’s some good advice for me here about practicing what I preach.
STILL, it’s a beautiful day outside. Even (and maybe especially) if things are feeling kind of rough right now for any reason, take a minute to just get outside and soak up the sun. Go for a walk. Don’t look at your textbooks, or, if you have to, study outside. It beats going to the library!
Have a great day.
