Fat acceptance blogs are good for you!

This study, published in the Qualitative Health Research journal, shows that that members of the “fatosphere,” a series of blogs about body acceptance written by fat women, can improve peoples body image, self-acceptance, curb dieting and self-denial, and encourages healthy living and the confidence to exercise. My favorite, and the one I found this info from, is Queer Fat Femme.
