Maybe you’re thinking about going vegan for Lent. That’s a thing, I guess. But also, this is helpful for any of you (me) who are always going on and on, maybe I should try being a vegan, I should cut down on dairy, blah blah, carbon footprint, etc. So try it out? These recipes look pretty awesome. Maybe tonight we should try the baked beans? Healthy, vegan, but still comforting for spring break!
